Looking for suggestions for first anniversary gift?

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it more of a homemade feeling.

If you want to stick with paper, you could buy a nice elaborate paper cutting or even commission an artist to do one that symbolizes something of meaning to you and your wife.

Etsy.com is a really great crafts website of handmade items for sale from the creators.

They have a ton of paper related things and many artists are happy to do work on commission if you ask.

My friend's boyfriend gave her 1000 paper origami stars for their 1st anniversary. He made them himself.

Post-it notes might be fun. Create an ordered scavenger hunt by writing clues on the post-it notes and lead her to an exotic dinner. :)

Give her paper, but put your heart and soul into it! Write a poem (sounds cheesy but we love it), or just write a few lines about your life together over the past year. Or maybe a photo project documenting some of your best memories in that first year...or something else equally sappy/brilliant. Trust me, she'll love whatever you put your heart into. it would be greater useful if we knew which anniversary it replaced into, yet women human beings love jewelery, possibly flora and take her out to consume, alot of girls human beings get excitement from an afternoon on the spa. wish you stumble on some thing yet purely make helpful in spite of u get her skill its from ur heart and make certain you tell her how plenty u get excitement from her and what she skill to you.

A handwritten romantic note.

Money is paper.

Theater or movie tickets are paper.

buy her something she really wants. or you could take her on another honeymoon if both of you can get away if not go for a weekend.

Paper...Airline tickets to somewhere close...Vegas, Seattle, Orlando..Reno!..and so on! Nice weekend trip

How about selecting a favourite book..or a book of love poems.

Or write your own poem of love and frame it....
