Nokia 6061 usb not detected by media player?

currently using windows media player 11 i have a nokia 6061 with usb and cd installed. Computer shows that its there but windows media player does not find it any suggestions..

    The most probable answer to your question is this: There have been notes that many Nokia phones won't work with media player 11.

    Also make sure you have no traces of media player 11. When you roll back from 11 to 10 it still leaves a trace of media player 11. Check your add/remove program settings carefully to make sure there is no reference to media player 11. If there was and you have removed it, restart your computer.
