I don't know why everyone's hating but I quite like them. They'd look perfect with jeans or a flirty loose dress to offset the clunkiness. I just remember an editorial with erin wasson wearing the most perfect, relaxed dress with a pair of doc martens and she looked incredible. It could definitely make you look effortlessly chic.
