i need to write a proposal essay, but cannot think of anything to write about?
the paper has to pose a problem and then give a few possible solutions. the solutions can't be over the top and outlandish. I am completely lost and cannot think of anything to write about!! HELP PLEASE

How about addressing the problem of rising utility costs on business. Your solution could be four ten hour days for most businesses and all high schools

Bailout of the finance and insurance industry.
Why it was wrong?
First the companies should have restructured the debt of the loans. Example. Loan at 12 percent dropped to 8 percent to make affordable for the individual to pay. This would have regenerated the cash in the areas of default.
As for the special golden parachutes to the executives. Never should have happened.
Also, the government should have oversight, but also with a citizen watch dog. Not all elected officials to monitor the spending plan.
