Cannot get my invisaligners off. Help!!?
I just got a new set of invisaligners today, as well as my first attachments cemented on. Somehow, I forgot that little spade thing to help you get the invisaligners off. Now, they're stuck on, and I'm starving and going crazy. How can I get them off? I also broke my nail on my thumb this morning, making it hurt to put too much pressure on the bed of my thumb...making it impossible to exert enough force to get the aligners off. Any household item I can use?

You could try swishing with as hot of water as you can without burning yourself. This might help them expand. I am sure they took them out before you left the office. Try to calmly do it exactly the way they did. Get your fingers up at th gum line and pull.

No. You don't want to brake off your teeth trying to take the liners off. Just call your dentist.
FYI: you can eat with the liners in... especially if they're stuck. don't freakin starve yourself just because the denist told you to take them out to eat.
