Did you buy any Obama merchandise to remember this election, and if so, what?

I thought about buying a t-shirt for nostalgia's sake --- maybe something my kid could one day steal from my closet, but ended up getting mostly unoffocial Obama swag from cafe press.

I bought a bunch of mugs, which is funny as I don't drink coffee, and for the most part I'll use them for water, milk, sodas, and...you guessed it...Kool-Aid.

I regret not buying that "Baby Seals for Obama" tee shirt that I saw a street vendor selling. I know that I will always regret that choice.

Politico, what is so political. Yes I have an Obama button for historical value. With all the hype about the election any souvenir has value. With this recession, some people say depression, which is a state of mind, people maybe are cutting back on spending. America has always come back from crisis that have faced it. Keep the faith people and "what can you do for the country" is still the best way to help ourselves survive. The quote is from a famous speech by President Kennedy if younger people are interested.

Why would I buy a shirt? Obama is gonna buy everything for me! And he's gonna pay for my gas and my house and everything. Then he's gonna bring the troops home and give them plenty of support funds and get them all those great available jobs!!!!

So no I didnt buy any merch. but that Obama/MLK Jr. shirt was calling for some change...or that might have been the homeless guy using it as a blanket

I'm thinking about ordering the Jermiah Wright box CD collection. It's a wonderful compilation of some of the most memorable racist rehtoric ever.

Sit back and enjoy with the family as you listen to Barack Obama's former mentor rant and rave out your favorite tracks like "GD America", "Monica and Bill (riding dirty)", "The created HIV virus", "US of KKKA", "Rich white people"....and more!

I didn't buy anything since the win, but I do have obama t-shirts, a button, and a hat that I bought during the election....I also stacked up on newspaper and magazines.

I kept 3 issues of the Los Angeles Times, beginning with Wednesday, the day after the election.

    LOL @ Kool Aid

A bunch of pins and some magazines.

Given that several papers have re-printed Nov 5th paper over and over to supply the demand, I see thousands of our kids at the Antiques Roadshow in 50 years all disappointed because their newspaper isn't rare!

Shawn Hannity, from Fox News, actually sent me tons of No Obama merchandise. And I will treasure them forever.
