how to do my hair!!! please help!?

Its really cute by the way.

What i would do is just tease the back section a little,

and then take some bobby pins and poof up the back, so the tease stands up more.

Then maybe add some mouse to the side to make it so theres more volume.

you need to get a thin bristled brush and seperate your hair into layers. like top, middle, and bottom (if necessary) then take the brush and brush your hair the opposite way of how you normally would to make it flat and smoothe. then hairspray your hair and let down the next layer and do the same. on the top layer tease it and then brush it out some so that it doesn't look like a huge rats nest. check out "how to tease hair" on youtube.
