whoa the first thing you need to do is STOP worrying about your hair falling out because that causes more stress and its a big cycle...what you need to do is have a patients and get on a regular excersise plan..jog everyday for like 30 mins or 15 mins and strecth then go again for 15 more mins if you are out of shape...excersising releves stress sorry i cant spell.
also confront your problems head on...for example..if you have a paper due in a month..start working on it. dont stress over it for the whole month...haha im doing that...not doing my hw but answering your question instead lol anyway...seriously have a laugh breathe and if your hair loss is due to stress...you have to attack the stress at the source
also excersising make hair grow back faster because of the blood flow to your whole body will bring nutrients to the scalp. It takes a few months but it will come back. for now wear a hat!!!

You should most certainly see a dermatologist first as that would ascertain the real reason behind your hair loss. Quite possibly you have been trying products aimed at treating a specific problem which you do not even have so there is no way they would help you out. Once the actual cause is known you would be in a much better position to know which treatment / product you need to use.
Stress plays a major role in causing hair loss. For details regarding how stress causes hair loss and how to cope with it you may want to visit this link : http://www.hairfallguide.com/hair-loss-prevention/...

Sometimes. But stress does give you gray hair. Im not sure if gray hair is easier to fall out but.It is possible that stress induces hormonal changes that are responsible for the hair loss, since hair loss is a known consequence of other hormonal changes due to pregnancy, thyroid disturbances, or even from taking oral contraceptives.

As you seem an Indian, I would suggest to go for meditation using yoga. There is nothing as good as yoga for stress relief. Once you start managing the stress levels, check for dandruff as its the most common reason for hairloss. Also eat lot of fruits and vegatables and use of oils like dhatri and triveni are recomended.I have read a related article on this somewhere on the site stophairlossquick.com

There are many possible causes for this type of hair loss. The hair growth cycle is very sensitive to changes and disturbances. Even a slight disturbance can disrupt the hair growth cycle. Possibilities include extreme dieting or weight loss, illness especially with high fever, trauma, exposure to toxins, medication, birth control pill etc. The hair loss usually begins 2-3 months later.
I lost most of my hair during a two month period of time. Essential oil formulas were very effective to help me regrow my hair. They may help you also.

I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm...

instead of focusing on getting products for your hair, ask your doctor how to help with your stress. once you get your stress under control you won't have to worry about your hair falling out the way it is.
Hope everything goes well for you!
