Do any of you have a loyal friend like mine?
about an hour ago, I was sitting here at my grandma's house (alone) doing some homework, when I heard the back door open. I snuck around to the kitchen to see what was going on, when I saw this MAN standing there in the house! Me, being the lovely 17 year old that I am, freaked out and screamed, ducked behind the counter and grabbed a knife. That's when Frodo (beautiful 5 year old doberman mix) comes out of the other room like a beast and jumps on the guy, and barks up a storm. The man ran back out the door, jumped in his nasty car, and drove away.
I called the cops, and locked the house down.
If I didn't have Frodo with me, omg, who knows what would have happened.
Anyway, I'm all paranoid and wanted to share.

wow that's AMAZING. My dads friend had 2 doberman and when she wasn't there a man broke in and she didn't know it and came home and saw one of her dogs chocking to death and she took him to the vet and found out 2 to of the mans fingers were lodged in his thought and since the vet had to keep her dog over night she went back home and then she got a call from the vet and they told her to get out of her house and then the cops came and found the bad guy in her closet in shock so they sent him to jail and i pretty sure she still has her dogs.
But my dog would bark and growl at any person if i screamed or said ow and she made SURE i was ok i'm sure she would have saved me from a bad guy.

The same think happened to me, Im 17 to, and this creepy guy told me to me him in his basement, and my German Shepard lunged at him, it scared him, and now he only drives by my house, but my dog is very protective also.
