Fat Comp Question Revised...?

I've lost 29 lbs through doctor supervised weight loss since August by eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. My weight loss goal is 20 lbs away but I found out today that my fat composition is 37.5% which sounds extremely high. How do I continue to lower my fat comp when I reach my goal without losing more weight than I wanted to? Plus I exercise now so what do I need to add to my workout to help. I do 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week.

It's natural. Women, for some reason, have a higher percentage of fat in their body. If your truely concerned, ask your doctor.
