  • Do I have to pay taxes on my withdrawl?

I took a withdrawl from my 401K earlier this year. They took taxes out and if I remember correct it said I wouldn't have to pay any additional taxes. So do I have to wait to receive a statement from them before filing my taxes next year?

  • Terrible 2's are an understatement. Help!?

My little girl is 2 1/2 and more than a handful. She's throwing tantrums, not listening, making messes and not cleaning up. I've tried spanking, time outs, rewards and punishments... nothing works! I won't live to see her turn 3 if something doesn't change soon because I'm losing my mind! Help!?

  • Do the scars go completely away?

I'm currently in my 3rd month of taking Accutane and the bumps have gone away and the scars have faded some. Just wondering if I can expect complete fading or will I have to do microderm abrasion or chemical peels when I'm done.

  • I slipped and fell, is anybody liable?

Both my little girl and I slipped and fell in the parking lot of my apartment complex on ice this morning. She bumped her head and has a knot and I'm achy and my back hurts. We have Dr appts tomorrow. Are they liable for not putting salt down? Should I request compensation for our Dr visits?

  • How long do you think I will need to wear braces? ?

  • My weight loss has stopped...HELP!?

I've lost 30 lbs since August under Dr supervised weight loss. I cut out all drinks except water, I cut out all junk food (cookies, cakes, chips, etc.). I started making healthier choices like side salad instead of fries and fruit and oatmeal for breakfast rather than sausage eggs and cheese. I also do 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week. But it seems now that I'm not losing weight anymore. What can I do to keep it going? I want to lose about 30 more lbs.

  • I only want one child, is this selfish?

I was recently told that I'm selfish for not wanting any more children. I love my little girl to death but I don't want anymore children. She is a handful by herself and I had a extremely uncomfortable pregnancy (sick 8 months). Her father and I are not together and he has a son that's 2 years older than her and she sees him regularly. I'm sure I'll meet someone in the future and marry them but I'm also sure that even then I won't want to have another child Is that so wrong? Why is it considered such a bad thing to not want anymore children? You may or may not be surprised when I tell people that I'm not having anymore children.

  • I need an outfit for our holiday party...?

Our company holiday party is next weekend. Its at a blues club downtown and I don't know what to wear. Any suggestions? I was thinking a cute dress but I'm sure it'll be around 40 degrees and everything seems to be sleeveless even though its December. Website links would be appreciated.

  • Any fans of Consumer Driven Health Plans (CDHP)?

It is open enrollment at work and my employer is really pushing the CDHP's. We still have choices of the traditional plans but the premiums are going up and coverage percentage is going down. I'm kind of leaning towards the CDHP, with my health spending account and incentives given through my employer for preventive care, I should have no trouble meeting the $500 deductible if necessary. I'm just wondering if anyone has any good or bad experiences with a CDHP that they can share before I jump into uncharted waters.

  • Does Invisalign take longer to work than traditional braces?

I'm really towards getting braces rather than veneers. Now the question is which ones. I'm 29 so I want whatever is least noticeable which seems to be Invisalgn. I also want what will correct my teeth the quickest which seems to be the traditional braces. Which should I get?

  • I'm thinking about getting dental veneers...?

I've always had a one inch gap in my front teeth and I've just recently thought about getting dental veneers because I'm almost 30 and I don't think I have the patience for braces. What kind should I get? I really only need the top, front four teeth done, is that possible? How much can I expect to pay? How long do they last? Is there special maintenance required outside of normal dental exams? Any info is appreciated.

  • Fat Comp Question Revised...?

I've lost 29 lbs through doctor supervised weight loss since August by eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. My weight loss goal is 20 lbs away but I found out today that my fat composition is 37.5% which sounds extremely high. How do I continue to lower my fat comp when I reach my goal without losing more weight than I wanted to? Plus I exercise now so what do I need to add to my workout to help. I do 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week.
