How long do you think I will need to wear braces? ?
I'm 29 and I have about a one inch gap in my front teeth that I want to close. That is the only problem that needs correcting. Will I need to wear them a year or longer?

The gap cannot be one inch. It can millimetres. Because if it is 1 inch then braces cannot correct it. Then you have to go for implant or crown and bridge and get extra teeth fixed in that area. If it is millimetres and upto 5-6 millimetres then braces can fix it in max 18-24 months. For more information on this you can read the following very informative article from a dental website
