DAYS OF OUR LIVES FANS. QUESTION REGARDING CHARACTER.?

Jan is not in a comma but a coma. I do not see the character of Jan Spears coming back to Days anytime soon. If she is not mentioned it means that she has been written out and may never return.

On the same vein I am a little curious about why Days writers felt the need to not mention Celeste, Lexi's mother anymore. She is still active in the cast list but she has disappeared from the show. I really hate when the writers do this. Do they think that if a character is not mentioned that the viewers will simply forget about them?

They will bring Jan Spears back when they need a new villain. That is the reason for the coma. I don't think it has anything to do with the person who plays her.

I can only speculate. But typically a character is put into a coma because the writers don't know what to do with the character or the actor wants a break.

she's a memory,there were times where she could have been put perfectly back into the story look how correct she was about belle to shawn . i loved her when heather Lindell was playing her she was great.

she was pregnant with shawns baby when falling into that coma after being viciously attacked by that jealous mimi who did what she did to jan because she wanted shawn for herself )shawn and mimi were an item for awhile so it almost worked.

I thought Jan hit her head and died?
