when playing cold war in the helicopter i cant fire the machine gun and when the chopper lands i freeze and the only way to turn off the game and get the disc out is by unplugging the system  PS4 after the system reboots

this happened on two different discs one last night and one today ???

anyone know whats going on ????

instead of paying to get it fixed would the problem go away if i upgraded to

before the replacement/upgrade there were no issues

on those rare occasions when recording on a vcr is necessary,lately the machine when paused or stopped with shut down pop out the tape with the tape out of the casing

its a dvd/vcr combo its less than two years old and the vcr part is hardly used

is it the tapes or is the machine that is causing this to happen vcr cleaners are not helping

A -R with 4 hrs 30 minutes free on it got 3 hrs and 40 minutes in then suddenly it stopped recording said can not record on this disc and erased/didnt inprint all that was recorded on it up to that point

the only cause i can see is that there was 1 and 40 minutes on the disc successfully recorded but was deleted before trying to use the last 4 20 and somehow that ruined the blank DVD's future usage

was it deleting off a non re recordable dvd a bad disc or could it be the machine that is less than 18 months old

or just a bad disc in the batch ?

because some games let you and some don't

in the middle of the game i chose sides and saved the game twice. i went on with the one save and finished the game

can i go back to that older save and pick up the game from there choosing the other side, or do i have to start all over

is it possible to finish the side quests in the game AFTER you got through past the end

for instance..i never got the barn key but cant get jimmy to go with me to the barn, when i go there myself the key and the farmer are nowhere to be found

I cant get stan to go back to his house to help him get his ipod from shelly, when i go there myself she slams the door in my face

i was able to find one( more ) of the kindergartens however

is there a certain thing one has to do to keep going/how do i finish the side quests with these roadblocks ????

few weeks ago i asked as to why most but not all of my VHS tapes were coming across as no signal with a black screen on the HDTV

i was told that a Composite video cable is the answer

problem is i cant seem to find anything "composite" that's different than the cables already hooked up or in the house (the red green yellow or red white green whatever the combo color

or is it the ones with the cables on one end and the single connection on the other end ?)

can someone give an exact detail as to how the composite is different than the standard ones (possibly respond with direct links or photos)

i asked a question about no signal coming from my HDTV when watching some VHS tapes... long story short this was the answer

I'm guessing that your 'VCR' that's connected with the HDMI cable is a VHS/DVD combo unit. That's fine for the DVD end of it, but bad for video tape playing. You should try, if you can, use composite video for the video signal from the VCR.

He guessed correctly what exactly is "composite Video" going by google search ( which mostly shows the standard three cord machine to machine attachment)

can someone please give me exact details as to the "composite video" and possibly post Links to find the correct ones with their answer

here's another weird one that doesnt happen very often

on those days when you want to go retro and watch a VCR tape for transferring to DVD or just watching one..

there's that weird VHS tape that automatically shuts itself off when you hit play,the power shuts off and when you hit power on the VCR tape Ejects

not just on that vcr but on three others as well ??

Okay now accepting that vhs tapes get old and worn out and dont last forever

every since i hooked up the HDTV about 80 percent of said VHS tapes say "no signal" and just show a black screen

Not all of them just most

never had this issue before the HDTV i dont see any difference in the wiring of the VCR'S (the HDMI cable attached or not makes no difference)

got a brand new VCR( an HD one)that didn help nor did it make it worse

it doesnt happen on other HDTV hooked up to a non HD vcr and in the house just this one

the cables/wires were set up in the same way as other tv sets that dont have this issue

just weird cant transfer things to dvd if nothing but black screen no signal pops up

whats the cause and is there a way around it ?

we have a HP 2175XI printer ,Tuesday it was working all fine and normal.

today however.. first we got a printer spool error message,now the computer says no printer connected (all the wires are properly attached)

on a related or unrelated note in looking into fixing it Any and all but a brand new system restore point in the computer are gone "

(one was apparently created when entering the mode any other previous ones vanished)

are these problems connected can they be fixed separately and how

many months ago the printer spool error came up but seemed to fix itself after not using the printer for a few days

My computer went in for repair and had its RAM replaced before it went in ALL the pictures in a certain folder were fine. upon its return however i can see them in the group when looking at the whole folders contents but when pulling them up individually (90 percent of them) all i see is white with the message

"this is not bitmap file,or its format is not currently supported"

as far as i can see all the pictures effected by this say Jpeg in the properties

what is missing from my computer to view these pictures

the computer tech told me that nothing is or isnt in the computer that wasnt before all he did was replace the ram (he backed up the said photos onto a dvd before the replacement upon viewing that dvd they are also corrupted
