Universal health care and a decent amount of citizens speaking English?

I'm looking for a new country to move to, somewhere I can go to college and just feel appreciated as a citizen. Don't get me wrong I do love the US but I need a new adventure. Somewhere with universal health-care. Hopefully, you guys can find me somewhere that enough people speak English so I don't need advanced skills in a new language. I'd be willing to learn other languages but I don't have enough time to get a really big grasp on them. I want to live somewhere that isn't communist or oppressive with a good amount of freedom. I can speak another language already but I don't want it to limit the answers so I won't say. Thanks and if your country interests me the most you will get the 10 point best answer!

Hmm. It depends what kind of experience you're after really. Italy's an amazing country but if you want to go to college then you'd need to know Italian obviously. That's the problem you're going to have with most of continental Europe.

Canada. Even though they have 2 official languages, english is dominant. I lived there for 15 years and my biggest regret was coming back to the US.

Look into Finland. I hear colleges are free over there!

Afghanistan. Your past mistakes won't catch up to you there.
