I have a Sony Vaio with Windows Vista. My anti-virus and spyware programs expired and now I have a lot of trouble with my laptop-it barely works when I turn it on and when it does work it runs incredibly slow. Any free programs I can download to fix this problem. If I use a recover disc will it delete all of the viruses and work properly again?

I used GarageBand to create a song that I'd like to upload to myspace. Problem is once I bring it to itunes (mp3, I'm guessing) it turns into a 24mb file and then I can't upload it to myspace (6mb max.). So someone please give me a step by step process of converting it. 10 points to best answer.

I've been working on making my own music, without the instrumental support of a band, so in other words I've been using all the loops off of Garage Band and just adding my own vocals. I'm looking for a new country to move to, somewhere I can go to college and just feel appreciated as a citizen. Don't get me wrong I do love the US but I need a new adventure. Somewhere with universal health-care. Hopefully, you guys can find me somewhere that enough people speak English so I don't need advanced skills in a new language. I'd be willing to learn other languages but I don't have enough time to get a really big grasp on them. I want to live somewhere that isn't communist or oppressive with a good amount of freedom. I have a pounding headache and was wondering what I could do to lessen the pain besides taking an Aspirin. That takes quite a bit of time to work...and I want a solution now...if you can give me one that works 10 points will be yours!

So my friends cat Kink (whose name is changed to protect her ) gets pregnant a lot... She has had 3 litters of healthy kittens before this litter. So Kink got pregnant yet again :) and had the kittens, a litter of 3 to be exact. This was around 3-4 weeks ago. Kink had a set of twins, who we shall name Tinker and Tweed for the sake of protecting them as well. They died a few days apart around a week ago. They started getting weak and then passed away. Now Kink is naturally a good mother but has been lacking in those skills this time around. She bothered with them less, not ignoring them but still... So now the last kitten Thumper (name changed) is sick. Going to a vet is out of the question, so suggesting it won't help. Why are all the kittens from this litter dying off? Some possibilities? Why is this litter different than the other 3? This isn't a riddle or anything, seriously so no funny answers...

I have had my cheeks pierced for a while and I have decided it is time for a change. The balls are screwed on pretty tightly so I don't want to bother taking them off if I can't change them. I'd really like to know if the PTFE bars can work with the same size gauge accessories or do I have to use internally threaded jewelry or a specific type besides the ones I've mentioned. My second question is can I cut down the bar on my own with scissors or a razor blade or do I need to go to a body-piercer? I've never had a PTFE bar before and I'm otherwise really knowledgeable with this subject so I feel kind of stupid asking these questions. I'd prefer someone answer this who is 100% sure and may actually be a body piercer. I'd really appreciate someone answering this that actually knows what they are talking about. Thank-you in advance.
