How do I find quick, legal, odd jobs to make some extra money?

I live in RTP (Raleigh), NC and want to legally make some quick cash today, maybe $100/$150 instead of sitting around watching football ALL day. Any suggestions? I posted an ad on CL for raking and bagging leaves. I figure someone's got a bad back and needs their yard raked.

If it has to be today I think you will have to go around the neighborhood seeing who needs work done and knocking on doors. I'd suggest bringing you own rake and bags.

best move is to join a paid survey site. You can make 20-45 dollar an hour simply by filling out online surveys. They usually only take 5-10 minutes to complete. You are your own boss and can decide how much you would like to make. Just make sure you join a good site or you will waste your time. Here is a link to a good review site that will tell you what you need to know: www.surveys-togetpaid.com/

Post offices are really busy at this time of year, you could work on a temporary basis at your local sorting office.
