I just started cheer leading and I am practicing to be a flyer ?

and my Friend says when I go up into a full, i sit what is sitting and how do I stop

    your dropping your butt and not keeping your hollow body position. try tucking your butt under, squeaze your muscles this will help u and your bases out. keeeeep practicing it will get better!!!! =]
