I am the captain of my varsity cheer team and i want to start of the season with the expectations laid out and on a good note i want to make folders (team colors of course) and put like different things they'll need in it. i.e medical forms they need for the season, a commitment form. i was gonna put a list of the cheers and some cheer tips ( like keeping shoes clean stuff like that) what else should i put? particularly whats something fun and welcoming i can put? like a little gift almost. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE AWESOME(: thank you so much(:

okay. basically i'm starting a high school cheerleading team from almost no legit skill. we will have between 6-12 girls. its for a private school so we are not sure we will have music, but were hoping to, which if we get it we will go to competition for the first time. basically i wanna know how your high school teams work like just general information, how long are practices? do you wear practice uniforms? how often do you condition, and work on tumbling/stunting? i know this is a vague question but i just need any information you can give me from personal high school cheerleading experience. i would especially appreciate it if coaches could reply i would love to hear what you have to say from your experience! thank you!

does anyone have white bodysuits or halftops? do u sweat in them& is it visible? thanks:)

so i go to a kinda conservative private school, and were not allowed to have cheerleading music.

well, we are working on getting some but we have to get it approved by some of the administration as well as church staff. does anyone have any suggestions of ways we could present it to them and get it approved? like i know one of there biggest worries is that we'll be dancing (they think dancing inappropriate cuz it can be seductive) also. suggestions for the kinda music we could use to get it approved cuz if we do get it were going to have to use christian music.... so im thinking like relient k and stuff... so yeah and help on christian cheer music and how to get it approved would be great thanks:)

so, im looking at some things for next season so we can fundraise over the summer, well i wanna get like practice uniforms for when we go to cheer clinics or if we like go to camp. do schools usually get practice uniforms. idk cuz we've never gotten them. do u have to wear them to practice everyday? do u havr different things so everyone matches every practice? what are ur feelings on practice uniforms. im just looking for some general answers on them thanks guys:)

this guy i like and have for over a year told me he likes me 2 weeks ago and yesterday i told him a quote that sed i care about you and he sed he cares about me too. now today he told me he loves me our parents don't know and were both 14 and not allowed to date were keeping it a secret (he gave me permission to tell my best friend) now 2 questions 1 how do i talk to him now w/o being to exited and 2 how do i tell him i told like 5 other people about him and me

im 14 and not allowed to date my parents don't know i like this guy from my church they think i don't even like guys yet (i know clueless) but i wanna know how to tell them i like him (or should i just not tell them) and he's been told by other people that know but i want him to hear it from me (he's not allowed to date till he's 18 so is it not worth it?) but im afraid to say it to his face but how do i get confidence and what should i say??? HELP!!!!!

i don't get why showing your bra straps is a bad thing? like im not planing to show them just to make a point but like everyone knows the bra's there and spaghetti straps are the same amount of shoulder coverage i think its no big deal i don't get it?

I have a bunch of guy friends i've known like my whole life and some i've known for a few years and is it weird that i like to notice there puberty like my one friends voice started cracking and i think its cute (he's like my brother) and my other friend ( i like him alot i've been crushin on him for a year ) and i notice hs breast getting bigger and him losing his baby fat and developing muscle

and my Friend says when I go up into a full, i sit what is sitting and how do I stop

its pink with the lime green words on it and I need to wear a cami other than that what else its for a gymnastic show / concert and it will be cold outside (don't worry the concerts inside ) but it's still cold
