ideas for new cheer season: captains and coaches especially read?

I am the captain of my varsity cheer team and i want to start of the season with the expectations laid out and on a good note i want to make folders (team colors of course) and put like different things they'll need in it. i.e medical forms they need for the season, a commitment form. i was gonna put a list of the cheers and some cheer tips ( like keeping shoes clean stuff like that) what else should i put? particularly whats something fun and welcoming i can put? like a little gift almost. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE AWESOME(: thank you so much(:
