There are none. Only a few countries equal or exceed the USA in size to begin with. Of the geographically large countries, Russia, China, Brazil, and India all have lower standards of living. Canada is larger than the USA and Australia is in the ballpark, and both of these have high standards of living, but both are far less populous than the USA. Of those countries generally believed to have higher standards of living, the Scandinavian countries, for example, almost all are smaller in size and population than the USA. I am a bit over the board here, but basically what I am saying is that, if you set 3 criteria, that it be geographically at least as large as the USA, that it have at least the population of the USA, and that it have a higher standard of living, the best you will do anywhere on Earth is 2 out of 3, and more often it will be 0 or 1 out of 3.
