If you have dried (with heat) the t shirt, the stains are set.
Otherwise, soak the shirt in cold water with a little bleach (only if the t shirt is white) and detergent overnight. Run the wash cycle. If you still have stains, you're out of luck.

Check the Rit Dye section in the grocery store or fabric or craft shop. They sell a package of what they call "color remover". It will remove color that has been transferred, but not the original (set) color. Read and follow the directions carefully.
