    Yes, I've heard about it. It would be a boon for Mexico, by erasing the border and thus allowing for the free flow of Mexican workers to invade the U.S. and Canada legally and thus taking the remaining jobs in our countries.

    There are no known governmental plans to attempt to install such a thing at this present time.
