bought refillable cartridges and ink and guess what , they dont work , any suggestions please .

You have bought them from a bad source and need to return them and try somewhere else. I have refilled and used compatibles for 5 years and so far no problems at all. Saves a fortune.
Also it could be your printer wont take refills some don't and as you did not state the printer I can't check if its a model that you can overide to print with refills.
This place on the link below I have bought compatable from and this far I have ahd no problems - delivery is free as well. If you buy from them and they don't work they will tell you what the problem is and perhaps will help you sort it out. The link is sometimes a bit slow so it could take a few minutes to load and then a few to get to your make and model of printer.

Use extreme caution when buying refillable cartridges. They are considered third party even if the original manufacturer's cartridges are used. If they leak and damage the printer, it can and more than likely will void your warranty or service contract agreements you have.

i'd return them to where you bought them and go a more reliable source like cartridge world

i would return them if you can. i bought some last year... and tehy leaked all over our printer copier scanner fax machine... and wrecked it.
