lets say you want to lose 5 inches off your waist ?

alright lets say a person wants to lose 5 inches off there waist over a two month period if it was you doing the work how would you choose to do it? (examples would be much appreciated)

    i did that but not in a heathy way. what i did was i ate every two days like a spoon of peanut butter and i rode my bike every other day but when i felt like i was going to pass out i ate a half of a sand witch with one peace of meat and no cheese.

    Cross Country Skiing

    Swimming

    Cycling

    Rock Climbing

    are proven to be the best exercises for burning fat

    I personally enjoy swimming, good exercise, fun and refreshing but it can be expensive, so running would be a good alternative.

    if *I* lost 5 inches off my waist, gosh what a stick i'd be...my waist is only about 24 inches (maybe 23.5) how scary it would be to have a 19 inch waist! lol!!!
