Which of the 2 graphics card is better one? ATI Radeon HD 3200 or HD 3450?
Hi I'm planning to buy a medium range notebook. I saw two compaq models, one is havin the 3200 card and the other one 3450.Other configurations is almost similar. I want to know which one of these is the better one.Both of them are having the same RAM. Thank you.

Which is the better depends on your needs. The HD 3450 is a separate card, more powerful and includes 256MB of dedicated DDR2 memory.
The HD 3200 is an onboard (on the motherboard) shares up to 512MB of system memory to the card. If both machines have the same RAM installed some of it will be lost to the video card on the 3200 machine.
So the 3450 will offer better performance overall. If performance is key to you (do you enjoy gaming?) then this matters: go for the better solution.
If you will be doing office work, a bit of graphics, surfing the net, watching DVD's and a bit of gaming the 3200 will do it all really well - it is a good graphics solution.

Well, I would get the graphics card with the HD 3450 because the newer the model the faster or more reliable it is.
