Lots and lots of Omega oils need to be part of your diet. They are amazing for skin that glows, you don't even have to be on a special anything. Just eat Omega and take supplements as well if you can afford it. I have amazing skin, part genes from my mom part Omega oils.

    Good luck

Youre going to want to drink a lot of water, this will keep your skin moisturized and give it a natural glow. Exfoliate in the shower with a scrub (Like St.Ives apricot scrub) to get off dulling residue, like dry skin. At night, rub on royal jelly. Its a natural product make from bees hives that has been proven to increase radiance. (Burts bees has a face cream line that has royal jelly in it if you want to use a product instead)

You have to exfoliate your skin. And moisturize all the time. There is different types of lotion that has stuff in it to make your skin glow. Get a body wash that is good for exfloiating. I think the best time to put lotion on is after a shower, in the morning, and a night. Next time you go to wal-mart look in the beauty section at all the different lotions and i'm sure one of them will work for you.

Well i heard that if you wash your face with milk in the morning it will give you a healthy glow. It sounds gross but i tired it a couple times and it works.

Sprinkle a few drops of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice in your lightweight moisturizer. dab a dot of the mixture on both cheeks, chin, nose and forehead and rub in (not too much), after cleansing and splashing your face with ICE COLD water and patting dry.
