How do you change the color in Windows taskbar?

I want to make it so when I get an IM the box in the taskbar isn't flashing orange. I works like a beacon for my boss to wonder what I'm doing! I know how to change color schemes but I don't see anywhere that you can change that orange part.

    Open your IM (Thanks for telling us which one you use) and check your settings, you should be able to switch to Audible alarm, or similar.

    TIP: At work, you are supposed to WORK.
