I've had various aquariums for well over 30 years. I think at some point I have owned just about every kind of fish. At the moment I have 4 established tanks running with a variety of fish. My favourite is my 55 gallon goldfish tank. I think the large fish look really elegant.
Forwarding email from Outlook?
My work email is set up with Outlook. I often get emails after hours that it would be much easier to deal with if I knew about them before the next day when I get to work. Is there anyway to access my email by having Outlook forward it to my home address?
1 AnswerOther - Internet1 decade agoHook up Wii to cable only TV?
I have an old TV that only has cable hook up. I'd like to hook a Wii up to it for my grandkids when they come over. Is there any kind of adapter that you can plug the red, white and yellow into that attaches to the cable plug on the TV? If so what is it called so I'll know what to ask for or search for online.
4 AnswersNintendo Wii1 decade agoCan you store your Wii Active data in your controller?
I have Wii Active and am doing a 30 day challenge. I'll be going to my daughter's for a few days and wonder if I can take along my data? She has a Wii and Active as well. I suppose I could just take my Wii and plug it into her cords but was hoping to only need the controller.

I want to make it so when I get an IM the box in the taskbar isn't flashing orange. I works like a beacon for my boss to wonder what I'm doing! I know how to change color schemes but I don't see anywhere that you can change that orange part.

Anyone else notice that when they do an angle shot of Oprah she has a dark line that runs from her eyebrow to her jaw line? Is it bad makeup to try to make her face look thinner?

16 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoSetting to have web addresses remembered?
My husband has a fairly new computer and every time you shut it off all the previously visited websites are deleted from the drop down window in the browser.
It has to be something to do with the actual shut down of the computer because you can close the browser and re open it and they will still be there.
Any help is appreciated.
4 AnswersSoftware1 decade agoHow do you turn off the feature in Windows that remembers what you've searched for?
I hate it when I type into the search box in Google or any search engine and Windows remembers everything I've ever typed in that begins with those letters. I know there's a way to turn that off but I forget where it is.
5 AnswersSoftware1 decade agoHas anyone used Had-A-Snail and knows how long it needs to be in the tank?
I have a hgue infestation of snails. I bought Had-A-Snail before and used it. It killed the little ones which helped but it says on the bottle to use it and if you want to use it again to do a 50% water change. It kind of makes me wonder if I shouldn't do that anyway even if I don't use it again but how long do I need to wait with it in the water for it to be effective?
2 AnswersFish1 decade agoCan I keep an Olive snail in a goldfish tank?
I have a 55 gallon goldfish tank that gets a lot of algae in it. I tried a loach who did just fine but it also liked to eat the slime on the goldfish so I had to get rid of it. I bought a Plecostamus but it only lived about a month. Probably the colder water wasn't ideal for it.
Someone suggested Olive snails as a good way to control algae but can they live in a colder tank? The water temperature in the winter is in the 70 to 72 degree range.
