if you have a low tolerance to insect bite,I would recommend consulting
with your pre natal Dr.
ice would be the best thing to reduce swelling.
if you know that this spider is not considered poisonous, most likely
this will be harmless. wash the bite with soap/water,and apply a topical
antibiotic ointment to help prevent infection, and you should be fine.
if the itch is persistent, you can also try an anti histamine.
if the redness or pain last longer than a couple days,or appears to be
getting any worse, consult a doctor

the first thing you should do is put a heat pad on the bite.
the next thing is go and check it out at the doctor. even though it is of little to no risk to the fetus, better safe than sorry.
hope i helped. x
