I'M confused about your country or state?

how am I supposed to know the answers when I don't know the country you live in?

    very good question. yahoo answers tells you to give details, but a lot of people dont they just ***-u-me that your building codes, laws, even electrical is the same. very good question. i'm from little rock, ar.
