it means instant. ogni mio istante-Every instant I live.
It's italian.

l'istante means in Italian "instant"
for instance:
in un istante - in a moment
ad ogni istante - momentarily

Like many fashion names, it's Italian.
It translates almost perfectly with the english word "instant". They both have the same Latin route word "instans" which had the same meaning.
