Is it common to not like eating in the morning? ?

I like to eat, but for some reason I can't before 9:00.

    I'm with you, I've never liked it either. I don't feel hungry and find it an unnecessary waste of time. However, I have recently started to force myself to eat breakfast. I think it's probably a good idea to eat breakfast.

    I am the same way. I get up at 7:00 am everyday, but I do not eat my breakfast before 9:00 am. I think the most important is that you are eating breakfast regardless of what time it is.

    i was just like that. I would not eat in the morning but will eat a lot during the night(which is a no no). If you start eating in the morning(start slowly) you body will get used to it and you will not eat as much during the day or night.

    Yes, it is common.

    I know a lot of people, including me,

    that have to be awake for at least an hour or two

    before they can eat, or they feel sickly.

    But, it is healthy to eat in the morning.

    The best meal for you of the day.

    I don't eat in the mornings either because I don't get up. Plus I dislike breakfast food.

    It's common, but it's not the good for you.

    I mean, it won't kill you or anything.

    But having breakfast revs up your metabolism,

    which has been slowed down during the night.

    (Notice the word breakfast - you are literally breaking the "fast")

    Also, you are more prone to overeat at other meals.

    same here but then I never have I like to eat around noon

    same here girl. i am the same exact wayy. like most ppl say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but i disagree!! i hardly ever eat and i am perfectly healthyy... and skinny! so i mean ur okaay girl.

    I think it is because everybody have its own type of digestion. But if you really afraid of your situation try not to eat last at night.
