Neon Swirls? Easy 10 points!?
I'd like to know how to put neon swirls around a figure using Paint Shop Pro (or Photoshop) like what this person did:

Please post any techniques/brushes you have that may help me! Best answer gets 10 points!

My guess is that the light swirl is a separate photo, not a brush. And if that's the case, then I would probably put the light on a layer above the man and then erase the light where it goes "behind" the man. Could be more involved than that... but it's worth a try.

You're tank is probably still not well established, and neons can be pretty sensitive to ammonia and nitrites. I'd take him back, because neons get stressed out when they don't have at least a group of 6. Petsmart will take him, and they should give you a refund on the others. Bring the dead fish, the receipt, and a separate sample of water from your tank. You should make sure your tank is cycled, and if not, cycle it, then try the neons again. If you don't want to try tetras again, you could get some kind of hardy fish like gouramis. Powder blues are my favorite. By the way, how big is your tank, and is it cycled? If you want a short answer: YES TAKE THE NEON BACK IT NEEDS AT LEAST 5 OTHER NEONS WITH IT. There you go. Another thing, I agree with the raising of the pet rock idea. People here are trying to help you and you don't give a crap.
