What are the top 10 guitarists of all time?

I want to know what you guys think.  I am a guitar player, have been playing for many years and I listen to a lot of bands who happen to guitarists in the top 100 list of best guitars in the world.  So, who do you think deserves to be on the top 10 list?  You can base your answers off of anything.

2. Eric Clapton - Cream (would be #1...) 
3. Jimmy Page - Led Zeppelin 
4. Eddie Van Halen -  Van Halen
5. Stevie Ray Vaughn - Double Trouble
6. Chuck Berry - Solo (c'mon, its Chuck!)
7. Kurt Cobain - Nirvana (possibly the most underrated of all time...that or its because im from seattle lol)
8. Steve Vai - Whitesnake (he could be higher...)
9. Slash - Guns n' Roses (pure badass)
10. George Harrison - The Beatles (i am a HUGE Beatles fan, and with Lennon and McCartney standing in front of him...not much he could do to stand out!)

well i know one that my dad always talks about. you know that guy in guirtar hero (one of the characters) that is all dressed in black and wears like a top hat and has black poofy hair? well my dad said he is suppose to be really good, i forgot his name though sorry :(
