Weight loss tips required!?

Okay now .. I have been walking for an hour, eating a nutritious diet, drinking water, etc .. and I AM loosing weight and inches but I am still fat on the face .. i want tips like home remedies .. ive heard of drinking hot water before sleeping .. if i could get some more of them. Please.

    Your probably gonna laugh, but I'm serious, drink lots of water, eat something small like a can of tuna and an apple every two hours, and have sex, every day. Swear to god, it works.
