I have to see the woman fooled around with my partner (of 8 years) everday at work, she is passive agressive.?

I would suggest keeping the fooling around issue entirely separate, and focusing solely on her workplace behaviour. This will give you an edge should the issue need to be taken to HR. In your situation I would recommend keeping a journal of the activities which affect you negatively (include dates/times, leave out emotional stuff), so as to paint a clear picture of the way she treats you. When there is enough evidence in the journal, take it to HR and file a grievance for harrassment. To bolster your case, I would take her aside, just once, and ask her to please be more professional in her demeanor toward you. This will serve to make it clear that you've made every effort to solve the problem between the two of you before taking it to upper management.

i'd just tell the boss, and kill her with kindness. and to put the icing on the cake, if ever u and your co workers go out for drinks after work, i'd bring my husband if she was going to be there. (before hand, i'd pack his $hit in the trunk without him knowing.) right before leaving the establishment, i'd put his belongings right next to her at her feet. since you were feeling embarrassed and hurt, so will she and he. now everyone at your job will know she is a home wrecker, and she will be labeled, not u. and i'd make it really dramatic, to the point where she wouldn't set foot in that establishment again. he would look like a fool too.

Find another job and go on with your life; stop being a prisoner of your own self. Life is Life and stuff happens. We are able to make choices and continue hopefully until we are older with years.

Have a serious sit down with yourself so you can go forward.

kill her with kindness, smile in her face all the time, even compliment her, it will drive her crazy. show her you're not intimated by her (not saying you are) just be the best you can be around her. she'll probably hate to see you succeed at all so that alone should be enough for you to be motivated to go for that next promotion =)

Who cares if she's a passive aggressive, what's important is what is your partner of 8 years doing????????????
