Yahoo is testing a new layout, but it is not hitting all users at the same time.
"M.yahoo.com" (or another country's equivalent) is not the yahoo.com version for mobiles, but a new site layout which is tested on a couple of users without asking them for their consent first. Some users like it, but most don't. Many are upset as they cannot get to their mails without clicking many different links before they get to read anything. One user reports that he was told he can't get the layout changed. His reaction: he simply made his mail account his homepage and bookmarked the other Yahoo services. Well, I've been doing this for a long time myself as I want to be able to choose which Yahoo services to use and how to use them...

Note: users reported that clearing the browser cache of cookies and temp files and then typing http://www.yahoo.com/ in the browser window, returned the old familiar design in most cases.

Yes I'm having the same problem too. The thing is, my Yahoo homepage was working fine. I clicked out and clicked back on in like under 5 seconds and all of a sudden there is a new homepage that says myahoo.com. Not just yahoo.com. And so far, no one's methods are working.

Finally something i can help with =]... anyways here's a few things that you could try...
1. Go to http//:www.yahoo.com/ and click on "Make Y! Your Homepage" located near the top of the screen next to the Yahoo logo.
2. Download stopzilla from google but dont pay for a subscription and it will have stopzilla as your hamepage when you open your browser, you'll see a box that says change homepage to: and below it you can type http//:www.yahoo.com/ .

I was having the same problem and the only way to fix it was by deleting cookies, temporary files and browsing history.
Go to Tools ----> Internet Options ----> General Tab and select on this tab the options to delete (cookies, Temp files and browsing history).
This is only happening on my office computer running on Windows 2000 other computers running on XP or Vista are not doing this, at least not to me.
