LG LCD 42" RGB to Video Out?

Hello guys, I have bough a new 42" LCD TV, its connected to my computer using RGB (Standard 15 Pin VGA Connector), I am trying to connect another TV from AV-Out from this LCD, but thier is no picture at all??, is thier is something I am missing or it just can't be done?

Update:

Its used for surveillance system, so thier is another monitor in guard room, I want to take AV-OUT from the LCD to the other monitor in Guard room??

    for what purpose? are you trying to dual screen and expand your screen size...or are you trying to do a clone??

    VGA...is ok

    may I recommend DVI or HDMI

    your best off hooking the TV (via HDMI or DVI) to your video card's secondary output (if one exists)

    so okay you are using it for surveillance...the A/V out you are using is composite out correct?
