matt kilroy with 513 k's
tom cheny had the most in one game with 21 k's in 1962
if lincecum can keep pitching like he is he could break maybe 1

Game-Roger Clemens,Kerry Wood,and Randy Johnson had 20 K's in 9 innings (Tom Cheney doesn't count because he needed 16 innings to get 21 K's).

how can you say "Tom Cheney doesn't count because he needed 16 innings to get 21 K's" just because it took him longer than nine innings doesn’t mean it shouldn’t count. There isn’t a pitcher in baseball right now that would pitch 16 innings in a game.

The only breakable record in my mind is the most K's in one game. Any good pitcher can break it...i don't know...
