what's a good wireless printer for a home network?
We have a home wireless network, with a network printer, but I would like to add a wireless printer to put into another room for when the office is not accessible.
Something that does not take up much space would be best.

There are a range of printers that come with wireless included. In any event I would always recommend Hewlett Packard. Have a look at their range.
Also you could choose any printer and buy an inexpensive wireless print server. They are about the size of a pack of cigarettes and inexpensive. Could make the whole project cheaper because the cost of a printer plus a wireless print server could easily be less than the cost of a wireless printer.
