No, I believe that stocks still are overvalued, considering the good risk of absolute collapse. Unless things change to eliminate this risk, stocks will continue to be overvalued, and thus have downward pressure.

I think some stocks are still over valued (financial) but I also believe that some good stocks have been punished with the bad. Do you homework and look for companies that have had increases in cash flow and low trailing and future P/E ratios.
