Given the vast volume of our universe and the sheer number of stars and planets out there, I believe that it is highly probable that another planet somewhere in space could have the same necessities of life that we enjoy here on earth.
On the flip side, I don't believe people on earth will ever have the chance to encounter extraterrestrial intelligent life. Like I said, the Universe is immeasurably large; The probability that we (or extraterrestrial life) could ever develop the technology needed for traversing such long distances is very slim indeed. Even traveling at the impossibly theoretical speed of light, it would take us years to reach the nearest star, and millions of years to reach other galaxies.
If intelligent life does exist out there, it is very, very, very far away.
Perhaps such creatures are pondering the exact same question in their own corner of the universe.

Although life almost certainly exists elsewhere in the universe, the immense distances between stars makes interstellar travel practically impossible. No scientist has ever been able to examine a real alien, so all descriptions are nothing but fantasy.
What has this question to do with NASA? I think the money spent on NASA is about the best use to which government money is being put, infinitely better than fighting useless wars.

It's is currently unknown if life (intelligent or otherwise) exists elsewhere in the universe. We've discovered a few planets orbiting distant stars that look like potential candidates for bearing life, but those are much too far away to investigate properly. We do know that there probably isn't life elsewhere in the solar system.
However, the universe is a very, very large place. Even the galaxy is incomprehensibly large, stretching across 100,000 light years (meaning that it takes light 100,000 years to cross the galaxy -- light travels at 299,792,458 meters per second, to give you an idea of how big a distance we're talking here). The universe itself is at least a few hundred billion light years across. It is very possible -- even probable -- that life exists in some form elsewhere in the universe or even our own galaxy, and some of it might be intelligent. It isn't proven, but the possibility is definitely there.
Unfortunately, the same distances that make extra terrestrial life probable also make it difficult to try to search for it. It would take at least a couple hundred years, if not thousands of years for any message we sent via radio signals to reach another planet, and just as long to return the message. Unlike science fiction movies, it's also impossible to travel at faster-than-light speeds, meaning that inter-stellar travel would take even longer than transmitting signals across the universe. Because of these limitations, investigating distant regions of the galaxy is currently out of the question, and may never be a possibility.
Still, just knowing that life is out there would be a great comfort to humanity, helping us to feel less alone in the universe, which is why several projects dedicated to searching for intelligent life have been set up. The most famous example is SETI, which tracks various signals that come in from space and sorts through the naturally occurring ones (many natural objects give off radio and microwave signals) in search of ones that appear to be artificially created. The amount of the data they sort through is so large that they actually have a small program that anyone can download to their own computer to help break down the workload. You can download it here: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/ SETI hasn't discovered anything yet, but who knows what the future holds?
I don't believe that space exploration is a waste of money. Learning about the universe helps us better understand our own little corner of space, and has lead to all kinds of technological advances that can be applied to practical uses on Earth. Medicine in particular has benefited from the advances made by NASA, with many of the imaging equipment and artificial replacements for body parts (metal hips, prosthetic limbs, etc.) being based in research conducted by NASA and similar organizations. Plus, the whole point of science is to learn as much as we can. Just making new discoveries about the universe is enough to justify the pursuit, in my humble opinion.
In short: No one knows if extra-terrestrial life exists, but it is possible that it's out there somewhere.

A alien is a human who is billions of years advanced then us who lives at a near by star. The Old Testament especially is filled with UFO descriptions and paranormal experiences with Yahweh and the angels.

possibly. the universe is extremely large, and there are parts of it that the human race will never reach anytime soon. so, we will never know until we are capable of venturing out far into the unknown. but do i believe that aliens exist? yes i do.

Yes, there has always been a cover up to hide it. You will almost never have an agent admit to it so asking is out of the picture, and unless youre the luckiest man alive you ill not see any ship.

NO, there are no such thing as aliens. Everything that it suspected to be a UFO is not actually one. It is simply another object that may look like a UFO from one view. I am 100% sure there are no such things as aliens. It is simply an imagination by people. By the way, books with aliens are in the FICTION part of the Library!

Dude don't you read we have not found them YET but I do bet the government is hiding us from them and they are already making contact.
