fluid air compressor problem?

I have a fluid-air 67 roto pak compressor and i am having problems with it I can not get it to reach it operating pressure of 110 psi it gets to about 75 80 psi it does not go of load it just carries on running but does not build any more pressure. I have spoke to fluid air but are no help they will fix it for me but not help me to do the job my self

any help would be appreciated I have no manual for the machine either so this makes it even harder.

    hi there you should have a safety valve for pressure check that also while running check to see if you can hear any hissing as there could be a leak. jock

    as above, or the gauge could be faulty
