How do i open this powerpoint?

Question

I have to do a school project and im doing a powerpoint presentation. We worked on it in class of Friday and so i would be able to work on it at home i brought my flash drive. The flash drive i bought only works with PCs and all of the computers in my classroom are Macs so i went to work on it in the library where they have PCs.  In the library they have the latest version onf Microsoft powerpoint.On my computer i have the older version. The head library lady claimed she had saved my powerpoint so i would be able to open it at home well  just stuck in my flash drive,clicked on my powerpoint,and now its saying powerpoint doesnt support the file im trying to open! Its very frustrating. My presentation is due Monday and I have to work on it. Of anyone knows any way for me to open it please help! Thanks!

ok so im guessing that the librarian saved the powerpoint in .pptx format.
here's how u can convert it to old format so your computer can view and edit it: http://www.zamzar.com/

upload it and select convert to .ppt and then enter your email and it will give u a download link for it. good luck

side note: and... u sure your usb drive doesnt work with macs? all usb drives are compatible with both pcs and macs. so dont shy away from macs.
