I think is too long, and nobody is going to watch it. Why don't you give us the details?

Your link is not about police. It is about the military and martial law.Like Trooper 3,I was in law inforcement, and also did three tours in Nam.A good cop will never obey an order that he or she knows is wrong and will endanger lives. You may get called up on the carpet and face IAD,but that is part of being a police officer. Our job is to protect and serve. The military in most cases do not have that choice.

In my Policy and Procedure manual, it tells me that if I'm ordered to do anything illegal, or unethical by a superior, I have the responsibility to question that order and take a step up in the chain of command in either getting clarification or reporting it. I doubt that my department is much different than any others.

Do not go mindlessly into any order, use your moral compass and question any order that seems unjust. The people you are protecting depend on your common sense and judgment as to whats right or wrong.

I think it would be a good thing if police were free of any political influence. Here in the UK their loyalty should be to Queen and Country, NOT to Brussels.
I am a eurosceptic and proud of it.
