I heard that the CCNA exams were very hard to pass. If that's the case, what's the best way to study for it? Thank you in advance for any good advice.

The best way is to get hands on practice. Either build your own home lab. You can find equipment cheap on ebay, or use sims.
You are right. They are difficult but when you practice what you are studying, it makes studying all the more enjoyable. Hope this has helped you :)
