I'm just curious about how people grow watercress and any info will be very much appreciated.

I'm in Hawaii so we use the air conditioner most of the time. I want to clean it (not just the filter but the whole thing) but don't know how. Definitely don't want to pay someone to do it so any advice will be highly appreciated. If it's impossible, maybe I should just buy a new one after a few years.

My 8-yr-old daughter is half black and she has her daddy's hair. She doesn't like me to put grease on her hair and everyday she wants long straight hair like mine. Should I lie to her? Is there any chance that her hair can be changed to be more manageable without grease? Her hair is only up to her should blade when wet and it's about her chin when it's dry. I asked my 7-yr-old why she likes Miley and she told me that she's cool. It doesn't mean anything to me at all because to me, Miley is just another pretty girl who got the opportunity to be an entertainer and she probably very hard to get to where she's now. My Chinese and Japanese friends eat tons of white rice and they don't ever exercise but they are still slim. A lot of them still have great grandparents in their 90s. I wonder why white rice don't affect them that much?
