Will you be nervous if Joe Biden is our next VP?

I don't know how to make of him because on one hand, he seems to be honest by telling the American people that Obama is not ready during his candidacy but on the other hand, he seems to deliberately put his foot in his mouth! I'm nervous that he's going to make more unbelievable statements if he's the next VP. Is he talking about his own shortcoming that may get Obama in trouble?

No I'm not nervous. But if Sarah Palin becomes VP, I won't just be nervous, I may actually go into a serious panic.
