How do people grow watercress? From seeds or roots?
I'm just curious about how people grow watercress and any info will be very much appreciated.

watercress grows in or on pretty much anything,
you can use soil, most pople just use cotten wool, and keep the soil or woll moist, and just throw the seeds on, they will sprout and grow very vigeriously, keep them in the light when you see them start growing.
there probably the easiest thing anyone could ever grow.
